1. What are your shipping options?

At Zefii, we offer two shipping options to accommodate your needs:

Free Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-7 business days on all orders.

Express Shipping: Delivery within 1-2 business days. Cost is calculated at checkout.

2. How long does it take to process an order?

Orders are processed within 1 business day. Once shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details so you can keep an eye on your delivery.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order is shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email. Simply follow the link to view your order’s status in real-time.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently offer Cash on Delivery (COD) as a convenient and secure payment option. Pay only when your order arrives at your doorstep.

5. Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we currently ship within Eastern Europe. We hope to expand our shipping areas to serve more customers in the future!

6. What should I do if my order is delayed?

While we aim for timely delivery, external factors like holidays or weather may cause slight delays. Please reach out to us at support@zefii.com if your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated time frame, and we’ll gladly assist.

8. How do returns work?

If your item arrives damaged or you encounter a defect, please reach out to our customer service at support@zefii.com within 30 days of receiving your order. We’ll provide you with instructions for the return or exchange process.
